Terms and Conditions
When leasing a sauna unit from Pro Sauna, it's important to read and understand the safety instructions and your responsibilities as the lessee. You must ensure that everyone using the sauna is properly instructed on its safe use, and that it's not misused or used by anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol. You are responsible for the unit's safety and must protect it from theft, vandalism, or improper use.

You must also ensure that you have a suitable supply of electricity and that the unit is kept in good working order. If any breakdown or issue occurs, you must report it to Pro Sauna immediately and not attempt to repair anything yourself.

It's important to note that Pro Sauna is not liable for any injury or damage caused to you or your property, and if you lease the unit for business use, they will not be liable for any indirect losses or loss of business or profits. You are also responsible for paying for any lost, stolen, or damaged units.

Instructions
These are the operating and safety instructions for Pro Sauna. Before leasing from Pro Sauna, it is important to read and fully understand these instructions. Upon delivery of the unit, you will be asked to sign the document.

To set up the unit, it should be standing on a level surface, and in a straight and level position. It is possible to adjust the sauna level using 4 trailer legs-prop stands. Before using the sauna, make sure to open the ventilation windows fully to provide a fresh air supply. Sauna steps must be placed on a level surface next to the entrance of the sauna.

To heat up the sauna, firewood is used with an external feed stove that needs to be fired fast and hot. It will take 45-60 minutes for the rocks inside the chamber to heat up. Make sure to empty the ash drawer if it’s close to being full, and clean out the grate so that the airflow can pass through it. Always keep the external feed door closed at all times and use gloves when handling firewood. There is a sauna thermometer installed inside the sauna. Please always keep an eye on it and check it every time someone enters your sauna.

Pro Sauna has white LED lights outside/inside the entrance door and LED lights under both of the seats. Lights turn on automatically when you approach the unit as they have motion sensors.

When cleaning the unit, always return the sauna in a clean condition using a special cleaning fluid that can be purchased ahead. Do not use any strong chemicals as it will cause damage to the wood and other parts.

Regarding safety, someone must supervise all users and keep checking the sauna temperature regularly. Only use the sauna if you are healthy and feeling well. Children under 16 years old must be supervised by adults at all times and only enter the sauna accompanied by an adult. Sauna sessions should take around 5 to 15 minutes, and at least 20 minutes of resting time is advised after each session. Touching the heater/stove surface and pipe outside the unit could result in burns, so it is important to avoid contact with any hot surfaces without gloves.
